My brother has a really nice EH he recently bought, an original survivor car in excellent condition, no rust or accident damage, just a beautifully preserved old girl. 149 with manual 3 speed. gorgeous car.

Had an EH many years ago fitted with a 327 Chevy V8. It was a monster of a car Did not like corners. But it was very fast

Wished Chris would speak more in dollar terms, would be great to know what some of these models have recently gone for

My Grandfather had an EH Panel Van and drove it off-road as in no road through the Bush collecting Native Plant seeds. How he never hit a stump I don't know how as the grass was usually door high. He'd take it in low gear along slopes near dry creek beds with me as passenger staring at the fall I thought we were about to have. It had scratches down both sides from the bushes/trees we'd drive pass. And he'd take his radiator out and clean it in a bath of Coke to dissolve the Insects. Never missed a beat and years later was restored by a young man who became an enthusiast.

Had a EJ back when I was a young fella, paid $500.00 for it 😊

So an EH is more sought after and worth more than an EJ. SOunds good to me . The back of an EJ is just beautiful and would prefer it over EH anytime.

My god the panel gaps were so huge on that Panel Van that they used as the feature car. You could literally fit your thumb in the gap between the back of the front guard and the front edge of the door. They don't make 'em like they used to hey - thankfully!

These cars are both ugly and bland, and too many doors. Must be an Australian thing.
