I currently have 72% winrate over 33 games with Veigar bot, all solo-duo que. 11/5 average kda. Now that they nerfed its base hp, armor and W dmg, early game is harder but mid-game is really fun. Imo the trick is to use cage really well to land those W's. Best supports are yuumi, blitz and alistar.

11:57 anyone watching this because they want to learn veigar, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS max E second. W only slightly increases base damage on upgrade; cooldown is lowered through stacks. E gets lower cooldown, is the best non-ultimate ability in the entire game, and is your only form of peel.

FF = Fast healthy clears and extra mobility in ganks

PTA = A little more burst in ganks but less stickiness.

I'm a veigar main and I spam CDR builds. My ult routinely gets down to 30 seconds and I get 1000 ap from being able to cycle my abilities like five times in a single trade
