Excellent. It's interesting that you talk about underestimating the length of time we sleep. My Fitbit frequently confirms this, although, of course, it may not be totally accurate. Do you still believe we need to get out of bed if we can't sleep? Guy Meadows disagrees with this issue. The point that insomnia does not necessarily cause health issues is such a relief to hear. When I read that insomnia causes major health issues, my sleep deteriorated even more, to the point where I became desperate. This has brought me great relief and has certainly taken a lot of the pressure off.

This was one of my biggest fears. All the websites say it leads to diseases and even death.

I thought there are lots of studies out there showing an increase health risks when you aren't getting enough sleep.
