560g Sirloin Tip
1/2 an onion
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Gochujang
3 cloves garlic crushed
15g ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 bunch green onion

480g Rice
Kimchi
Sliced Cucumber

Cooking instructions

The key is to marinate overnight
Cook in batches and don’t overcook
If you don’t want it spicy take out the Gochujang
