After what the Feds did to Trump and his Attorney lets examine this in a court room setting.
You are arrested for murder, your family goes out and buys you the best attorney (Mr. Jones) in the field of Murder defense. You tell your attorney what had happened admitting to getting so angry that you just up and shot the SOB, killing him dead right on the spot. Your attorney writes all this down and tells you he will do his best to get you off with lets say, involuntary manslaughter.
The court date comes an the Prosecutor calls hi first witness, Mr. Jones, your attorney. His first question is did your client make any statement to you about the murder, Mr. Jones doesn't want to go to jail for perjury and lose his law license, so he says "yes", he tells the court you shot that SOB dead right where he stood. Now does everybody see where this can become a real problem in a trial
