Funicular Elevator of Bom Jesus Braga - Portugal HD

The elevator of Bom Jesus is located in the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte, in the city of Braga, Portugal.

It connects the upper part of the city to the Sanctuary, overcoming a drop of more than one hundred meters in height.

Opened on March 25, 1882, it was the first funicular railway built in the Iberian Peninsula, it is currently the oldest in service in the world using the water balance system.
