Chloe Trost was one of my favorite new cast members. I will miss her terribly. I hope she does well in the aftermath of SNL. I will also miss Molly and Punkie. They were also very funny and, I thought, contributed greatly to the show.,

I loved the cast members who left. Punkie wrote some of the best song parodies and Molly’s sketch about taking out Vladimir Putin still makes me laugh to tears.

Chloe shouldn’t have been fired. I can’t remember the last time a freshman had multiple standout moments. But Lorne always has his picks.

Padilla seems super seasoned and comfortable. Feels like a guest host not a new member. The acting chops are definitely there, just comes down to the writing

Chloe Troast was a good addition. I don’t enjoy any of the new cast members and especially don’t understand why Jane Wickline was hired. She doesn’t really add anything to skits, and isn’t good at playing characters.

That’s a shame! I mean I hope that they all have amazing careers. It felt very early for Chloe to be gone when she was given a huge platform and seemed to be very in the spotlight. I feel they tried to use Milly as the gender neutral member too hard to start with which created a divide. Punkie was under utilized!

She wasn't fired. She just wasn't asked to renew her contract. Huge difference. Makes sense. She was good but they obviously had trouble placing her in roles. She would be better off going the Rachel Bloom route. We need more funny women who sing.
