I believe the alt is connected to a random school, something separate from the original school you are in. So a teacher you know would not notice. I guarantee there won't be a patch, unless edpuzzle upped their account sign up process. RIP Edpuzz Ninja

In my opinion, I would not really recommend this because they force you to select a previously existing school. I was afraid to do so because I didn't want the other real teachers there to suspect a random student trying to cheat. I ended up selecting a school with two teachers, but then I instantly deleted my new account. ❌
