Winter weather causing havoc on Kansas roads

I'm a bus driver and we're trained "winter weather doesn't cause crashes, ignoring the conditions and driving like normal caused crashes."

People don't know how to drive on a sunny 65-degree day with roads dry as my gf. They'll drive the same way they drive normally with 0.5 inches of ice on the road.

And that is why I have not ventured out of my warm house in Salina today.
Being retired, and not needing to get to any appointments for a few days...I have no intention of leaving the house.
Don't even plan on clearing the sidewalk until absolutely necessary.

I work for Sprouts Farmers market we closed yesterday at 5:00 and we might open at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Just depends on what the weather looks like today! The only grocery store I've ever known to close early and not open up for their team members.
