The fact that they're telling sort of a mini story with these sets is just neat.

I feel like a good one you left out on this list is when you build the third steam turbine engine for the Titanic. You can only see it when you're building it but after you finish you will never see it again unless you take it apart

5:16 I think he's also in another set, older, and his kids grown up. He might have divorced and remaried, though. It's in Lego Set 31108.

This shows how much Lego pays attention to detail and small things, really makes a good set great

Not sure if these quite count as purposely hidden features, but included in the Speed Champions Aston Martin DB5 from the James Bond films is a spare piece (part #4537551, whose double is part of the tailpipe assembly) that can be used as a close representation of JB's Walther PPK w/ suppressor. There is also a pocket, located to the left of the steering wheel, that just so happens to be a convenient place to store the PPK.
I'm not sure if these are coincidences or the result of clever designing, but it's pretty neat!

Interesting note: Nintendo is actually the older company, as they started as a playing card company in the late 1800s. Also, I love the fact that Mike Psiaki's next Creator Expert cars, the Mustang and the Porsche 911, had the plates P5 1A2 and P5 1A3.

It might just be me, but when you said 'Something in the sea, off the coast of Japan', I thought 'Godzilla???'

One set I found interesting was the fender guitar set. It was really fun to build and If you open up the amp, you can see all of the little bits that make up what I assume to be random electronics in it

Has anyone done a video about the in universe Lego timeline? How all of the series connect to each other within the Lego Universe.

In the Lego agents mobile command center set there’s a working projector, it uses a light brick and a printed trans-clear piece to project things. It’s really cool, because there’s an extra trans-clear printed piece, but the extra one has printing that shows sharks that have antennas on their heads. That ties into the other Lego agents set called “speedboat rescue” that set is really cool and includes sharks exactly like what’s showing in the mobile command center.

Hey !SpitBrix, I found another secret in the titanic, if you get the middle part out, you can get a shorter version of it, just remove the middle then put them together, then close it up, don’t worry about hanging piece, then connect the line… then it will have a shorter version of it ! It’s soooo hillarous!

In monsters Inc When Mike and Sulley are watching the news, the yellow newscaster is in the shape of an "A", the orange newscaster is in the shape of a "1", and in the blue background is the number 13, forming A113.

Although not clearly seen, one of pillars in a hallway inside the factory reads "A13" instead of "A113".

In the scene where Randall gets beaten up in a trailer under the stars, it is possible to connect the stars to read "A113".

In the Valentine’s Brown Bear set, the phrase “I Love You” is hidden in the base.

While less of a secret and more of an unused feature, I thought I'd still share. The Lego set 16895 Ferrari F8 Tributo is a relatively simple Speed Champions set with the only interchangeable parts being the hubcaps. Until I started fiddling with mine to see how many chunks of bricks I can cleanly remove, and noticed the cars frunk (storage trunk in front) popped off in a rather interesting way.
The parts that stayed behind only held the front by only four studs, likely meaning the set was planned to have a interchangeable font splitters found in other Speed Champion sets like the Mercedes-AMG GT3 set, but the creators either didn't have the time or resources, or Ferrari didn't want their latest Direct Inject V8 to be moded so early in it's life, race upgraded or riced.
