HERE'S ANOTHER SOUND TEST OF MY RCF NX 985-A I DID YESTERDAY WHILE I WAS PLAYING SOME MUSIC OUTDOORS AT A FRIEND'S RESORT. SOUND QUALITY IS REALLY NICE, MID AND HIGH FREQUENCIES ARE SHARP CLEAN. THE VOLUME IS NEARLY AT 60% OF IT'S CAPACITY

nice job. that two units could be a great pair for dB technologies S30N imagine having 2 units of them at left and right area. together with two subwoofers of db technologies s30N below them. just connect the subwoofers. and all should be in mono out at post fader aux on the mixer . so you could control the subs separately. that would be pretty nice sound.

these showed up on US site for $2, 699 each ... that's about $500 more than JBL ( SRX ), Yamaha ( DZR ) and QSC ( KW ), about $1, 000 more than EV ( ETX ) and more than double the price of Mackie ( DRM ) powered 3-way cabinets ... yikes ! they're still backordered and RCF USA told me they are guessing these will hit US in October so maybe there will be discounts when they actually are in stock. that said RCF is pretty expensive here in US. JBL gets expensive in their installation and touring segments but their PA stuff is well priced here, whereas RCF is just expensive period.
