As a ping sufferer (120 ping on average) I used to get 14 wins in like the Toty times on fifas past, I’d recommend either playing 3 back and all out attack as defence is practically impossible unless you jockey a lot or playing a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) and putting one midfielder on get forward free roam so you can have 4 attackers narrow at all times

As someone who plays on 100 ping regularly with fluctuations to 2500 ms at least 3 times every half and frozen screens followed by 6 seconds of fast forward play, the way to green time is to just double tap. It will either be green or late (normal) timed shot. Warra RNG

Edit: I didn't get ping quite as high as 80, 50/60 ping wireless and 30/40 when wired was highest but since changing to youfibe I'm getting 6/18 ping wired and 20/26 wireless. I don't represent them in the slightest but I highly recommend to yourself and any other busy households. I have 4 ps5s and an xbox x all connected at the same time alot and have no issues. I also have phones, tablets, laptop's, tv all connected as well and have no faults
