Oh cool. We call them Jelly Tooth in the UK and are pretty uncommon here. They get marked as inedible in our foraging books probably because of them being uncommon and pretty bland, but this is a really creative way to make use of them if you find a load!

(I'll add for those reading who don't know mushrooms, inedible usually just means undesirable - not poisonous. Poisonous plants and mushrooms are referred to as such)
