Click on GTK 3/4 Themes
Click on the rating to select one of the best themes rated.
2- Install Tweaks tool
sudo apt install gnome-tweak-tool
3- Install Desktop Sweet theme:
sudo cp {Path_File_downloaded} /usr/share/theme
sudo cd /usr/share/theme
4- Open Tweak tools
Click on appearance
Choose Sweet Dark on the Application tab
5- Install Icons theme :
sudo cp {Path_File_downloaded} /usr/share/icons
sudo cd /usr/share/icons

Now enjoy the new look of your Ubuntu. it's beautiful !!!

so the gnome tweaks i have looks different and when i select the new appearance it didn't change anything. mine says legacy application

Also, I forgot, you don't have to type "sudo" before "cd/usr/share/icons" to get in the file.
