Sukuna was so good at PvP that he logged off for a couple seasons (hopeful for new metas, updates and stronger players)only to come back(from time to time?) and still be too good at PvP.

This misunderstanding heavily warps the image of Sukuna in the readers's brains. If Sukuna was a cursed spirit, that would imply that he got killed by something. When that is definitely not the case. In fact, it's the opposite, Sukuna agreed to become a cursed object by Kenjaku because it meant he could experience the golden age of jujutsu he once conquered before. He wanted another battlefield where he could test his skills, get stronger and enjoy his living.
"The King Of Curses" title mainly refers to the fact he is the king of cursed energy, not cursed spirits.

I'm reminded of when Mahito realized his true form. Perhaps what Sukuna did was similar in that he achieved his utmost potential as a jujutsu sorcerer and as a human being. In a sense, he became a living demi-god and surpassed all others. This would also explain why his true form has a sort of divine look to it with multiple arms, his spear, and so on.

The easiest and biggest evidence that Sukuna isn't a curse is that he can use RCT and heal his injuries with RCT. A curse can heal with normal curse energy (since they made out of negative emotion and all) and they would've exploded if positive energy generated from RCT enters their body (Like what Yuta did to the Cockroach curse).

If sukuna was a cursed spirit so would kashimo, yorozu, uraume, and all other incarnated sorcerers, as they were also cursed objects at one point. People have a miconception where they think becoming a cursed object makes you a cursed spirit, it doesnt.

1. Round deer can heal its user, but can he heal itself too?
2. I heard round deer can nullify curse technique (or effects of it or something similar to that) can he really do it? Plus if he can nullify CT so is there a chance he can also nullify domains too?

Sukuna's labeled as a Calamity, A really strong curse user. A curse user is a sorcerer who uses jujutsu for evil. A sorcerer is a human.

they actually explain this in the anime. the scene where sukuna fight mahoraga sukuna says "if I were a curse spirit this blade would have killed me instantly"
