In this set-up, the main unit here is Semmelweis.

Each time a unit loses HP, her Follow-up Attack gains 30% Reality dmg.

So I increased my AP with Vertin Card, and then equip the card that reduces all character's HP when an incantation is used, allowing me to boost up Semmelweis's attack. This set up is also pretty cheap as it mostly relies on brown cards rather than the orange one.
