Hello Igor, hope you and the team are doing fine.

Thanks for the explanations! For the last couple of days, my grinder has only ground coarse, and it took me a while to understand what happened.

One thing is still bothering me, though: where does the broken plastic "go" to? Are they inside the machine? Should I open the case to remove them ?
