I bought the Mac Mini M4 to replace my 4 year old Mac Mini M1 for $400 including trade-in. Accidentally I would play games on the M1 model which would play ok. Ow that the M4 model is smaller and more powerful I am considering to take the Mini with me to play games at the vacation home.

Start loading up that 256 drive with games and you will quickly run out of space. The good news is you can get thunderbold enclosures and grab 2 TB SSD for less price combined than Apple will charge you to upgrade to 2TB

Thanks for what you do, I think it's very important to show people that the Mac Mini M4 base can be used as a game console. Only then will these products be used to play games and software houses will start releasing more titles for Mac.

Nice video! I’ve ordered the M4 mini pro with 14-core cpu, 48GB RAM/1TB storage which is perfect for my productivity usage but I haven’t had a gaming PC for years so I plan to use this to get back into gaming, kinda like a gateway drug while I figure out what kind of games I want to get into and build my more powerful gaming PC. I planned to just start with World of Warcraft and things native to mac but now I’ll definitely be checking out the crossover app and trying a few windows games out too!
