Atoms of eight elements A, B, C, D, E, F, G and \( \mathrm{H} \) have the same number of electronic shells but contain different number of electrons in their valence shell. It was observed that elements \( A \) and G combine to form an ionic compound. During cooking, this compound is used in a small amount in all vegetable dishes. Oxides of elements A and B are basic in nature while those of \( \mathrm{E} \) and \( \mathrm{F} \) are acidic in nature. The oxide of \( \mathrm{D} \) is almost neutral. Based on the above information now, answer the following questions:
If the number of electrons in the valence shell of elements \( \mathrm{C} \) and \( \mathrm{G} \) be 3 and 7 respectively, then write the formula of the compound formed by the combination of \( \mathrm{C} \) and \( \mathrm{G} \).
