I just lockpicked my first ever hanging lock! I came to work on afternoon shift and my key to my work table lock snapped, and I flattened a piece of welding wire and bend another piece, tried it and bam, took me some time, but it's open, and now I can't stop trying again and again, getting better and faster every time. For a 8/15 (practically 53%) is way better than most lock that claim to be 7/10 + security level.

"Some skill." Which means the average thief will either need to use a death wheel or attack what the lock is attached to in order to retrieve the goods. If the lock forces the thief to make a lot of noise, it has done its job.

No bypass using shims, combs, a driver or knife tool (i assume all of that because you would have shown it to us), and high pick resistance. I'd say this earns this lock high marks.

I do like that LPL likes to show us what locks don’t work. And I understand there’s so many terrible ones out there to make a video about. However I do enjoy the videos like this that he tells us is a good lock to use as well. Helps break all the negative cycle of lock reviews.

Who would have thought that thinking about how to prevent picking is something a lock maker should do. Master Lock seems to be one of the biggest Lock makers and then certainly don't.

After watching over 1.4k of his vids I've come to the conclusion that commercial locks give the illusion of security.
