The senators were wrong. If ever there's an agency right now that's doing their job, it's PAOCC. So they are the ones who should be given budget. For sure there's a very good reason why they couldn't attend. Kayo dyan sa senate ang inefficient. That's why I listen to congress hearings more than the senate. They are more respectful of the protocols, and of each other. Congress also are more cohesive and give intelligent questions. Sa senate, karamihan bastos with the exception of Sen Risa and Sir Win.
