Vanessa is the epitome of the "I'll show you!/Living Well is the best revenge" stories after being dethroned to 40 plus years later becoming an icon. The most relevant Miss America ever! I love that she loved "Ugly Betty, " and as she stated, I also feel that it was a groundbreaking show that constantly told the story of affirming who you are, whoever you are! It was a great show that I don't think gets the recognition it deserves, and this was probably one of Vanessa's greatest performances...she was perfection!
