Bhai jab court main case chala toh kya koi advocate ne UGC se pucha ki jo log higher education ke liye admission liya hain or admission cum semester fees bhi de diya hain....unka kya hoga ???
Or jo log ko job offers mil gaya hain or ek stipulated time ke bhitar apna final pass certificate show karna hain yo kya karega !???
