Something that help for me is mesh laundry protective bag

Alot of times to help prevent that when you put your shirts on try not to stretch the collar or when you take them off and be gentle with the collars helps prolong the collar

Folding shirts, instead of hanging them, will also help prevent necks from stretching out.

Yo it’s might not be your washing machine but how you’re drying it. I had to learn that lesson myself a long time ago. I’m a bigger guy so I always wash my stuff inside out then pull by the top and bottom seems to form how I want my shirt to fit then dry it on a rack laying it over one of the rods. This works for me may not work for anyone else but just thought I’d share.
