Love this video!!! I have always wondered what you vanilla cake was. Knew it was Victoria sponge, but being in Australia 8eggs and 400g of everything else doesn’t really help. I’ve looked for a recipe but they are all so different. So I’m looking forward to your video on this one. Because i can not for the life of me get a good vanilla cake.

I honestly don't know how you do it. I tried to make a bit of a living out of it but still had bills to pay so was trying to do it alongside my full time job. Now people get them as gifts on special birthdays only 😂 it must be so hard to try and balance it all xx
