Nice box! I know I act a daft fool and have fun doing that but I do have some food knowledge. If you like the Arborio rice and you for Carnaroli rice for risotto. It's texture is even better and a lemon broccoli risotto is something to swan dive into. Make sure your stock is piping hot when you add it by the ladle. As always go mushrooms. Hey they are good in risotto too! Always have fun with you Cheryl.
