Thrifting WITH FRIENDS!! Doll hunt & Haul - Barbie and American Girl!!

In this thrift video we go on a day-long adventure through Huntsville, Alabama and find several really cool spots!! I only ended up buying a few American Girl and Barbie items but I am really excited about everything that I picked up. I was able to add some top wishlist items like a Girls of Many Lands doll and the Ruby Birthstone Collection Barbie as well as a doll I never even considered a possibility for my collection: The Princess and The Pauper My Size Barbie doll!!

I remember having a neighbor that had a life sized Barbie and I wore the dress because I wanted to and she and a friend had to hide me behind a door because her dad came in to check on us. I knew he wouldn’t have approved but I was happy to have friends that let me be me at that time.

Aaaahh Girls of Many Lands! I never had any when I was a kid, but I looooved their books! My favorite was Isabel bc I was obsessed with Elizabethan/Renaissance England as a kid

girls of many lands! I was wondering if you had seen them/ talked about them before. I loved those as a kid, got mine when they were discontinuing them for like 14 bucks a piece! I remember my mom asking if I was sure that was how I wanted to spend my birthday money before calling ON THE PHONE to order them. I played with them with my breyer horses as they were about the right scale. of course I wanted kathleen very badly but she was already sold out!
