From the way I see it he was probably trying to do the same at juventus and Man Utd but with so many big names in those teams their ego was probably too big to listen to him which is why he probably came off as toxic and got kicked out the team. Of course these Al nassr players are not at the same level as Prem or serie a players so they are willing to listen to him to reach that level and it's working
