London is one of the great capital cities of the world with so many things to see and do. From Big Ben to the London Eye, Buckingham Palace to Tower of London, Tower Bridge to Borough Market and British Museum to Harrods Department Store.
It is a food heaven for foodies and a city of history and culture.
But what if you only have 24 hours in the city and a set budget, what can you see and do. In this video I find out!

Hope you enjoy the video, leave a comment on what you think and if there are any other places I should visit.

£33.60 for going in the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels. For that price I’d expect to buy the Crown Jewels.

Seemed a crazy idea paying to visit the Tower when there are so many cheap or free places to visit. Best options are probably the many museums in South Kensington. Travelling by bus using a contactless card is capped at £5.25 which would have saved a lot of time.

I was a guardsman 💂‍♂️ and spent many hours on duty at the Tower of London, Buckingham palace etc etc etc.
I’m glad you enjoyed the trip.👍 another great video.

To be fair, you can easily have a day in London for 50 quid; transport is capped at £8, you can eat very well on £20, the sights are free, some museums are free...you could probably even get 3 or 4 pints too.

Come to Glasgow - plenty of free museums, cheap food and we're not that scary probably,

Thank you, I enjoyed watching😊 I think you should have used the buses. The cost is £1.75 and caps at £5.25.

You did very well with the food prices! 😊 And there's always lots of free attractions to visit. But the 2 big things you paid for seemed expensive to me, though glad you enjoyed the Crown Jewels. Next time I'd definitely recommend getting a one day Travel Pass for tube and buses. Then you could visit all free things, like the Natural History Museum and Regents Park. Next, how about Edinburgh? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Hello EIE.
You had a great 24 hours in London. You got to see a lot of the main tourist sights. Didn't starve, had good food, and had a free drink. The hotel wasn't bad for the money. Looked clean enough. I think you did great. Thanks for the vlog. Let's try Glasgow 😊😊

You should’ve started at Buck House, walk through Horseguards, out onto WhiteHall, Downing Street, along to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament….all a 20-30 walk
