The freeze dried baits are made here in Ohio. They have been around for decades. At one time they helped pioneer the process of freeze dried taxidermy. It was cutting edge technology at the time. Unfortunately I was never fortunate enough to catch something that I wanted mounted. And while freeze dried is popular now, many years ago we would put the livers in pantyhose and make sacks and the dry them in the sun for a few hours. Worked for us on the Ohio River and our local lakes. Good to see improvements being made for our benefit

Kastaway Kulis, Cleveland/Bedford Hts., Ohio, an old school legend. He freeze Dried a huge channel cat for my granddad waaayyyy back. Been freeze drying baits for decades. I used to buy F-Dried leopard frogs.... aka Lunker Snacks.Glad to see they're still at it.😮

It's good to see new hacks from you and new jokes from cranky 😂. I like the freeze dry chicken livers idea, when I was a youngster I would get mom's worn-out panty-hose and cut them up and wrap it around chicken livers to catch catfish and it worked well.
