This is the most incredible feature. I have been waiting for this. Dreaming of it. I paid for an app that claimed to do a similar thing but wasn't as good. I do a lot of math exercises. Most of the calculation is symbolic, but then right at the end you need an actual number. And I've been dreaming you could get the number this way for ages

I'm an Android guy but always tune in to Apple's conferences. I thought their home screen changes were hilarious (Android has had those options for over a decade). BUT then Apple came out with this and man, this is insane. This and the upgrades to Siri are really something else.

I have to say, with added customization AND (FINALLY) going to USB-C, I can finally at least consider moving to Apple. Don't know if I ever will, but the stuff holding me back is gone.

One thing that shocked me was that Messages didn't have scheduled messages!? I absolutely love that feature, cool for Apple to add it

Great job. I hope they include a step-by-step CAS solver, preferably one with the option to check if the person is doing the right step, like a tutor would do supervising how a student does. That would be a matter of dreams to me. And I would probably buy an iPad. Being able to revise Calculus 1/2/3, Linear Algebra and Statistics... and finally be the student I always wanted to be: one that opens an undergrad book on these subjects at random and has a 98% chance of easily solving the problems on that page, and being able to rapidly grasping the other 2%.

Telling you 1st hand as a Civil Engineer and Maths notes is useless. As it crashed and stopped working at all when I was doing my work. I was doing basic maths only nothing too complex complicated I mean cause complex means the imaginary part with i in it yeah you get the point 😢😢

I’m sorry but for 14 yrs they said they didn’t add a calculator app bc they didn’t want to add an oversized iPhone calculator app. 14 yrs later the calculator app is an oversized iPhone app. Though they have a cool notes app

There are lot of things that need improvement, cant beleve apple made a half baked product this time, you can’t do operations on the results like if you add 2 numbers then you cant multiple on the result, you have to copy the result and then do the multiply operation
