Former Dutch PM Mark Rutte takes over as Nato chief

The former Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte succeeded Jens Stoltenberg as Nato secretary general on Tuesday in a ceremony where Stoltenberg handed Rutte an Icelandic gavel. Stoltenberg was head of the military alliance for a decade, taking up the post in 2014
