I would never support Florasis because as far as I know, it is a Chinese brand. China's politics in my country is extremely detrimental and I avoid all Chinese brands as far as I can.

So, early in the year, I think, you had a vid about your candles which included removing the remaining wax from the container after freezing. So, I think I figured out the final magic to the process, at least for the candle brands I've used it on, to remove the wax! After taking the used candle from the freezer, use the takeout wood chopsticks provided at Asian restaurants to remove the wax. Using them, I'm able to remove the wax and the wood is soft enough that it doesn't damage the "jar" (unlike other utensils I tried). I just wanted to share...
