WesternU Community Service: Interprofessional Health Fair (2016)

WesternU APhA and Executive SGA hosted the 7th Annual Interprofessional Health Fair at the LA County Fair Sept. 10, 2016. Students and faculty from eight colleges provided a variety of free health screenings and flu vaccines to LA County Fair patrons.

WesternU is committed to our communities, and community engagement is central to the WesternU core mission: To produce, in a humanistic tradition, health care professionals and biomedical knowledge that will enhance and extend the quality of life in our communities. ACE builds the relationships and partnerships with others across our community that provide pathways for student success.
