An easy trick that is even recommended in the all the mods guide:

During the test run, use a sink to supply the reactor with an infinite water source. And the steam can be piped directly into a waste bin. That way you are independent of your turbine.

what about saturating condensers? turbine will not form without saturating condensers. also, it is reactor glass now in current version.

For some reason my, smaller than your's, reactor has a 40.000mb/t heat rate so its impossible to cool it down for a long amount of time. Im really confused as to whether it is a bug or im doing something wrong

So Spoiler Alert if the modpack your playing has both mekanism and extreme reactors use a actively cooled extreme reactor for your steam production they're more efficient, create more steam and best of all DON'T CAUSE A NUCLEAR MELTDOWN

how big can the turbine be? iv got a 10x10 fission reactor and was gonna make a 15x15 turbine but idk if id need to add more to it or just keep it 5x15

update: built the 15x15 didnt work/ built 5x15 also didnt work and i put everything right what am i doing wrong

update2: built the one you made size and everything and still didnt work have they changed it?
