One point not mentioned...the US needs to break up Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc via anti trust prosecution via the Dept of Justice... like how they broke up ATT when it was too big. And when they merge back into oligarchical structures...you break them up again. It could address privacy issues when it comes to selling users as the product, and promote better competition of thought and opinion.
