C'mon guys lets be positive! I think many people, like me, wished a Dark Souls ReRelease on Current Gen Consoles, just because of the fact that finaly, after all those years, we can play all together and play one of the most beloved game together! The hype is real!

This is modern video gaming industry in a nutshell. First release a product that barely works on PCs, charge money for it as if it was fully polished product and have the fanbase fix it for you for free. Then years later announce a remastered verision which is literally just original Dark Souls but with a patch we were supposed to get years ago, charge for it even those who got shafted by the original game, and then remove the "prepare to die" version from Steam so people have no choice but to buy the "remastered" version which is essentially what we should have gotten back when Dark Souls was first released on PC. The absolute gall some of those companies have is just mindblowing. inb4 b-b-but 50% OFF Fuck off, Bethesda gave Skyrim SE Free of charge for anyone who owned Legendary Edition of the game which wasn't even a bad version to begin with. Skyrim SE was pretty much a gift to PC Gamers that they didn't needed to give and yet they did because they could. Dark Souls Remastered, at least in my eyes should have been an apology for how terrible Prepare to Die edition was but it was everythign but. Guess some companies simply value money more than their fanbases.

You know what. I bought my Dark Souls Prepare to die edition for less than 2 bucks. And i'm ready to buy this game again a bit polished and with normal connectivity without mods.
I just hope Fromsoft will not turn this into a habit..

Yeah I've heard about Dark Souls all right. I haven't played Dark Souls yet but I'd really love to play it someday. I'm sure it is a very good game. I might get this game on either Sony PS4 or Microsoft Xbox One.

I love how the Remastered version of Dark Souls 1 helped make the atmosphere in the game stand out more with the graphics more polished.
