Blue cheese Asian pear & prosciutto bruschetta

Blue cheese spread
75 gram cream cheese
50 gram plain yoghurt
25 gram blue cheese (Stilton. Danish blue etc)

Baguette
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp thyme
3 tbsp olive oil

Prosciutto
Asian pear
2 tbsp sugar
Cherry tomatoes cut in half
Shallot rings

Method
1. For the blue cheese spread mix well cream cheese, plain yoghurt and blue cheese.
2. Cut the baguette into thick slices, mix together the olive oil garlic and thyme spoon over the baguette slices and rest 5 minutes the grill until golden brown.
3. Slice the Asian pear and caramelize in the sugar until golden brown.
4. Arrange the bruschetta by placing some blue cheese spread on the toasted baguette, top with some strips of prosciutto then cherry tomatoes and shallot rings.
