A great looking model Geoff. Runs nicely too. You say about the coaches. Did this run as a 2+7 or 2 +8 set. The 6 you have look to be ok . I worked as a train steward on the original WR sets and these were all 2+7 sets with either a restaurant and buffet in the set or just a buffet. This depended on the diagram the train was due to work. All the Kitchen cars were then taken out and allocated to the eastern region sets and we had the restaurant buffet combined in the one vehicle.

First visit here - as just bought the hst-p set (prototype livery - sorry!) and wanted to see a running video - looks great - will now dip back into the videos as i have a part built layout that I bought that needs overhauling and finishing - so need lots of inspiration !

N gauge certainly provides nice long straight runs and your HST looks great on it.
Love your work in the viaduct, scenery and buildings. Really well done and glad that I stopped by.👍

Love your layout especially as you are HST mad like me. I have a number of OO Gauge HSTs just brought a Dapol N HST on my second as first went back faulty. Seeing your layout has given me ideas for a N gauge layout.

Thanks for the clip. Still waiting for mine to arrive in Germany. A bit annoying the way Dapol packaged the saloons, it very often ran similar to the original WR production sets FO-FO-TRUK-SO-TRSB-SO-SO and I saw it in service like that, so for 1 extra SO they forced 3 additional coaches. Ah well....
