So for $300, it has no native PS5 support and a need to pair controllers for PS4 and Xbox with that bridge workaround? That's disappointing to spend that kind of cash and then buy a $50 Wingman on top of that if you don't want to juggle controllers. You're getting into the realm of premium sticks and custom builds at that money, and I just don't see how this contends in that category. MC needs to rein it in and compete at a price point closer to half of that to succeed with this stick in this generation imo.

Madcatz that did the TE and TE2 no longer exists, this is a company that bought the rights to use the Madcats name. At this price point without native support for PS5(requiring a controller to bridge) and cheap looking plastic housing) its a poor option. They also rebranded the game sir calling it the MC ego but charged more because of the name. At $300 dollars there are other high end sticks and custom builds available which are better options.

The spacing between the lever and the buttons is welcome for me. One of my favorite layouts is on the Agetec/SEGA Dreamcast stick as the lever and buttons are way further apart compared to modern sticks.

I'm surprised NG agreed to the madcats one. Its not the same people. Charging 300 for a stick that needs an adapter or another controller to work with current gen lol for way less you get real brands and native use.

$300 for a stick where every possible design shortcut was taken is offensive. This is a sign the New MadCatz will attempt to ride old name power to make an easy dollar.

Seriously, spend $100 less for a PS5 compatible, more portable stick. There are even significantly cheaper options for a Stick / Brook Converter combination like is required here.

I absolutely love my MC Fightstick TE but who tf though it would be a good idea to release a 300 euros stick not compatible with this gen? The Hori and the Daija are ps5 compatible and even cheaper.

New MadCatz is just Chinese MadCatz as previous American MadCatz was going into Bankruptcy from all the Guitar Hero stuff they were producing for a failed resurgence of the game. TE3 is evidence of a lazy design because it looks like a drill box lol. Qanba does it better with licensed products though their recent princes for PS5 lineup of arcade sticks are a little overpriced IMO, Hori is probably the only brand out there with a properly priced PS5 Arcade Stick. I absolutely love Brook Accessory, they're the Taiwanese mad scientists producing all these awesome PCBs and Converters.

The T.E 3 is such a disappointment. Alone the thought that you need to ether have another controler with you or go out of your way to buy an additional converter is such a back in the sticks concept. Make it at least native ps4/5 compatible. For the same amount of money you can easily buy the parts and case for an custom stick that is ps5 compatible or buy an cheaper option and just buy the brook converter. It's so sad to see how MC makes their products. I loved the T.E 1 and 2+. Were my first fighting sticks ever. So when I got the news that the T.E3 was in the making I was so excited. But all that flew out of the window.

But still a nice video like always. You sold the converter on me xD
