Really hope this "Wear and Tear" system isn't something that is overpowered and your player's are constantly hurt. I don't mind a more robust fatigue system but don't let that get in the way of actually having your players able to actually be on the field and playing.

Little stuff like the clap cadence in loud enviornments, to the gameplay changes like being able actually to adjust the route length pre-snap are amazing little details.
