AN IMPOSTOR CALLS | Among Us Song feat. Dan Bull!

Trapped aboard a ship in deep space with a crew of friends/potential murderers, Among Us is the multiplayer sensation that has taken the world by storm as we attempt to hunt down the dreaded 'Impostors' before they get their tentacles on us.

Okay guys, I heard you! I made no secret of the fact that I would not have time to make an Among Us song this year, the game blew up just as I was moving house and I had my schedule all planned for the rest of 2020.

Well I guess that schedule had to go out the airlock!

Among Us has been the single most requested song I've ever had on this channel. Thousands, literally thousands, of requests in the comments of every video, on my social media, everywhere.

This project was incredibly fun to put together despite the tight time frame and I'm hugely thankful to Dan Bull for offering to collab on an Among Us project. I don't think It'd have been possible to do alone under the restrictions I was facing.

An important note, in case you may be wondering, Dan and I are currently in a 'Bubble' and are not required to be socially distant! Keep safe, people!

Some things worth noting:
- Stupendium knows where Lime's head is.
- The med bay scan goes off, indicating visual tasks are on, meaning Dan's comment in the beginning about "Did the garbage, hope someone saw" Is accurate.
- Stupendium never actually does anything with the wires, and claims to 'inspect' them.
- Stupendium is always first to blame people
- Dan makes the claim he's new, so he wouldn't know any of the tasks, meaning him knowing about the garbage and it's visibility wouldn't be possible unless he had played before, or had done it.
- Stupendium starts by noting they had already been putting people out the airlock. This either implies that the game's been on awhile, or that this isn't the first time Stupendium has done this.
- The way the text pops up as you enter space for " 'cause face it we haven't a clue " is the style of someone being shot out the airlock. Curiously, this implies that imposters in the vent would be at risk of getting shot out the airlock.
- The reason they are asking the viewer for their emergency vote is because Stupendium and Dan both used theirs. With normal game rules, you only get one.
- Dan plays in a way that would be a 'suspicious crew-mate', from deleting footage to running around without appearing to do any tasks.
- The fact both you and Stupendium see the murder in electrical implies there could be a third killer, which is possible. Especially since in Stupendium's, we can clearly see the red names of the patrons (implying we're impostor since only other impostors can see the red names) we can assume we're impostor as well from the shots of us murdering pink/green
- You can see Stupendium is in the wrong place for the task he's doing, since the lights and wiring are behind him, and already done.
- Dan states that "He can prove it" and he already saw the footage. Meaning that he would know for a fact who the killer is, and the fact he isn't accusing Stupendium until after implies he may not have seen him murder on cams, further backed up by the fact that the camera can't see the spot in electrical that the murder happened in.
- We can see Green's body in the vent, which implies whoever did it vented, and since neither Stupendium or Dan remark on it it can be assumed they don't know. Since we see lime get murdered, it's very likely that we know Stupendium killed them as well. Which is possibly why in the alternate we don't see the red patron names, and the vision is of killing magenta. Because we wouldn't know green is dead, but we can imagine pink getting murdered.
- Stupendium notes that "Green is dead, his head's in the infirmary". Curiously enough, Lime Green's body is in front of the camera, but Stupendium would have to have been in Med Bay to know where the head was. It can be assumed he vented from Medical and dragged the body from there, or that we did it and he discovered it while venting/going around. We see that we kill either green, or lime, or even both. But for the sheer quantity of bodies, there would have to have been at least two, if not three killers anyways. Furthermore, Green is in the vents, the darker green body is noticeably different from the lime one. So, it can be assumed that Dan meant lime green, or that Stupendium didn't realize he meant dark green, who was already dead.
- There's a blood splatter by the vents leading to navigation towards the end of the video, which implies that one of the murders happened there and recently.
- Lime's head is still spurting blood and the med scan is going off, implying they were killed VERY recently in memory.
- The game didn't end in either version, strongly implying there are other crew-mates about.
- In Dan's version, we see that Stupendium's credentials are unrecognized, and that access is denied, which hints at his not being apart of the crew, which further impounds the fact that he is an impostor.
- "An" impostor was found. We see the number glitch to one, then back to zero with a question mark after it, implying that there could be at least one more imposter onboard, which could be us.
- Stupendium goes straight from the navigation hallway to electrical, without passing Dan, which strongly suggests he vented to get out of there.
- Dan goes from Shields to navigation
- It looks like the impostor may have triggered an emergency from the explosion on the ship and prior to it we see that the engines have turned red, which could mean a reactor emergency... which could also explain why the crew are desperate for an emergency meeting. Since they used theirs and wouldn't be able to access it with an emergency ongoing. Also, since any meetings would stop the reactor from blowing.
- The text on the laptop in the cafeteria moves
- Technically, the impostor(s) should have won by the time it got down to three. Since there are more impostors than crew.
- We see bodies can be moved, since Magenta's is in the pile with the rest of them, even though we know they were probably killed in electrical.
- We also hear Dan in his version say "Low Oxygen", meaning that that emergency is also going off. The fact that Stupendium doesn't go to get it and instead tries to prime the shields shows neither Stupendium or the viewer care if oxygen depletes.
- Dan's ending says '1 impostor remaining'.

I’ve just realised, the Stupendium is always the one to accuse Dan first, and while Stupes claims to have “inspected” wires, Dan’s the only one that did a visual task, confirming his innocence. I don’t know if that was intentional but damn if it was, that’s clever

I like how Dan shows all the signs of being a new player, such as deleting the CCTV, doing shields and garbage tasks with nobody around, accusing without any evidence, and just mashing the manifolds keys.
