Has anyone else had issues with the folding mechanism? I just bought mine and the buttons seem to get jammed and I really have to exert some strength to get it to fold down. We went back to the store and the staff seemed to want to avoid a return and kept trying to tell us it’s due to the stroller being new and that the ones they have on display close so well and smoothly because they’ve been folded and unfolded various times over time. Does anyone else have this issue? I’m very unsatisfied with my purchase but seems that even with a warranty they want to avoid providing a replacement

Struggling with the carry cot collapsing under its own weight when I put it on the floor. Are we missing something obvious?

I asked at the store about this stroller and the owner said that it wasn't selling well, I asked if she knows why and she showed me the way it reclines by opening a zipper all around 😮 whyyy I can't understand why would you design it like that

The Joolz Aer+ is decent, but the Apple-style upselling is hilarious. A bumper bar sold separately? Fine. But the leg rest? Feels like they forgot it entirely and panicked last minute. It’s flimsy, unstable, and folds under the slightest pressure - like an afterthought rushed before a board meeting. Embarrassing really...
