Quick Tip: Ewald's Laws and Horizontal Canal BPPV

Ewald’s Laws are so important! If you can remember the laws, then you can figure out just about any type of BPPV. Here’s a quick tip video explaining the laws, and applying them to Horizontal Canal BPPV, both canalithiasis and cupulolithiasis.

Excellent video! I have managed to figure out that the loose crystals are in my left horizontal canal. The only thing is I'm not sure which maneuver to use to fix it with. I can turn my head left, right, look up and doesn't cause any issues only when I look down and bend forward I do have vertigo. Could you please advise or link a video to help me I don't have access to a clinic. Thank you so much in advance.
