ixl 8th Z.10 Complete a table and graph a linear function (v18.10a)+

In this video I will show you how to complete a "T" table and then use the values from the table to graph a line. In the "T" table you will be given several values for "X". Plug those x values into the given equation to get the "Y" values.

Example:
X = 2
The equation is y = 3x - 4

Plug x = 2 into the equation to get:
y = 3(2) - 4
Simplify to get
y = 6-4
y = 2

You now know that x = 2 and y = 2, that is just a point (2,2) that you can plot.
