CLEANING AND DETAILING A NEGLECTED 10-YEAR OLD CAR !!! In this video, you will see me perform the complete exterior detailing of a neglected daily driven car: a 2009 Kia Rio. The owner has never properly detailed the vehicle and I decided to clean, restore and protect the exterior surfaces: paint, wheels, tires, plastic trim, glass, etc.

You will see me go through all the steps and you will also see which products I used throughout the process of this car cleaning. After watching this video, you'll be able to do the detailing of an old car and even understand the process behind detailing a dirty car. Enjoy!

There's something pretty satisfying about breathing some life into a neglected paint job. The truck I most recently bought was very neglected and had no paint protection on it at all (like this car) and the dealer did nothing to prep it for the sale. An afternoon's work to wash it, decontaminate it, and throw on a coat of Beadmaker alone was enough to make it look fantastic again.
