Dhania Panjiri Indian sweet dish also served as PRASAD during KRISHNA JANAMASHTAMI .This recipe use as coriander powder ,fried in sugar and ghee/butter and is healthy laced with dried fruits and herbal gum.

Ingredients:
*Dry coconut-1 cup
*Edible gum(Gond)-1/3 cup
*Nuts-(Almond,pistachio,walnuts,cashew)-1 cup
*Coriander powder-3 tbsps
*Ghee/unsalted butter-2 tbsps
*Raisins-1/3 cup
*Sugar-1/3 cup
Method:
1.Grind dry coconut.
2.In a pan add ghee or butter then fry the edible gum (Gond) it’s done when you see it puffed.
3.Crush using a spoon.
5.Roast coriander powder on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
6.Add edible gum,fried nuts,raisins mix well and pinch of saffron.
7.After cool down completely then add sugar and mix well.
8.Our Dhania Gond Giri Panjiri is ready for Prasad.
