My biggest problem with modal code editors like Vim & Emacs is that you end up spending too much time on personalization. Sure, you can call it your baby but at the end of the day they all look & behave like VS Code. 😂

I mean if you love Vim key bindings so much you could download an extension in VS Code and work on it. Simple!

Emacs, surely is different when in comes to org mode but I love Obsidian (it's free for personal use).

I mean sure some people get a kick out of customising their own interface in Vim & Emacs but to me it makes no sense whatsoever.

But, I respect individual preferences. So, Cheers!! 😅
