The mission of Wadhwani Advantage is to empower thousands of small and medium-sized businesses with capabilities to maximize their growth potential. Wadhwani Advantage has two programs to enable SME growth:
 
1. SME Growth Seminar : Live online sessions (totalling six-hours) for SMEs with revenue between INR 5 - 25 crores to develop their growth ideas on expanding markets, products and customers.
2. SME Growth Bootcamp: A 2-day intensive workshop for SMEs, with revenue in excess of INR 25 crores, for validating their growth ideas, building growth Initiatives and aligning advisor connects for execution.
