This program demonstrates the logic and code for checking the given number is a stepping number or not.

What is stepping number?
A stepping number is a number whose adjacent digits absolute difference is 1.

This program also demonstrates to print the stepping numbers between 1 to 1000.

it gives hands on experience of using nested while loops.
